Melvin Brewing was born in the back of a Thai restaurant in 2009, when owner Jeremy Tofte decided to bring beers from the future to Jackson, WY. After winning Small Brewpub of the Year at GABF 2015, they opened the Mothership Taproom in Alpine and soon won Brewing Group of the Year at GABF 2017. So come try a few after finding this box at the Lunch Counter/Kahuna Overlook, a great place to watch boaters going through the famous rapids in Snake River Canyon.
Directions:
For the brewery, from Hwy 89 go north on River Cir then right on Buffalo Dr for 0.7 mile. For the box, go east on US 26/89 for about 6 miles to pullout on right for Big Kahuna Overlook.
Clues:
Walk on trail to where it U-turns left and go right off trail 4 steps to large pine tree. LB is at back base under a rock & needles. Continue down trail to rocks above the river to watch rafters.
