Tommyknocker Brewery has been passionately crafting award winning ales and lagers for over 25 years and has been awarded over 100 medals from a multitude of local, national, & international competitions. So come to the brewpub after finding this box on the St. Mary's Glacier Trail, a popular year-round destination open to hiking, skiing, glissading, climbing and sledding. The day I went, there were people jumping off a cliff into the cold water.
Directions:
For the brewery, go to 1401 Miner St. For the box, go 9 miles north on Fall River Rd (SR 275) to parking for St. Mary's Glacier Trail on the left. Cost is $5.
Clues:
From first parking lot, walk up road short way to trail on left and go up it to St. Mary's Lake. Go across bridge along right side of lake to end of lake and beginning of glacier. Go right and up onto a rock bluff with small, lone pine tree. LB is under a root within a crevice & under a rock.
