Find Jack London’s Favorite Hot Spot off the 101. Follow the signs until you reach the destination. (About 2-3 miles). This getaway was named in honor of Napoleon, and the champagne water he found. Below the “V” on the welcome sign you will find the letterbox hidden beneath the vegetation.
The grounds are closed to visitors, but you can pay a daytime fee to use their facilities or make a weekend getaway by staying the night. They have a 700 acre ranch for hiking & picnicking, mineral baths, swimming pool, and massage and facial services. It’s $23 per person for 2 hours or $35 per person for the day.
