The Big Bluff is a 550' bluff overlooking the Buffalo River. It is accessed by the Centerpoint Trail and the Goat Trail spur, named for the feral goats in the area. Unlike the fairy tale about Three Billy Goats Gruff, this goat leads to a ledge above a river instead of a bridge, so be careful.

Directions:
Drive 3 miles north on Hwy 43 to the Centerpoint Trailhead on right, across from Firetower Road jct.

Clues:
Walk down Centerpoint Trail for 2.7 miles to jct with Big Bluff Goat Trail. From tree with trail sign, go right off trail 10 steps to twin trees. LB is at back base of smaller tree under rocks & leaves. Go on Goat Trail about 0.4 mile to bluff overlook of river where it makes a big bend for best views.
