*** Part of my Beer Series ***
Terrain Difficulty: Easy (flat, 200 yards RT)
Status: alive
Wimberley Brewing Company and Brewster's Pizza was founded in 2008 by NFL veteran and two-time Super Bowl champion Bruce Collie. The family restaurant and brewpub combines several handcrafted beers, homemade pizza, and a beautiful Hill Country location. So come try a flight of beers before or after finding this box at Blue Hole Regional Park.
Directions:
For the Brewery, go south on RR 12 about 4 mi to jct with FM 32 at light. Go right 0.1 mi then left to Wimberley Brewing Co. and Brewster's Pizza. For the box, go east on Old Kyle Rd about 0.4 mi then left on Blue Hole Rd to stone entry sign for Blue Hole Park and park in small lot on right.
Clues:
Walk on gravel trail about 20 yards and go right on dirt path to wood power pole on right next to end of barbed-wire fence. Continue 40 steps, then go left off trail 10 steps to group of medium oak trees. LB is in middle of them under a rock and leaves.
Hike length: 0.1 miles
