*** Part of my Beer Series ***
Terrain Difficulty: Easy (flat, 200 meters RT)
Status: alive
The Einstök Brewery is located just 60 miles south of the Arctic circle in the fishing port of Akureyri, Iceland. There, the water flows from rain and prehistoric glaciers down the Hlíðarfjall Mountain and through ancient lava fields, delivering the purest water on Earth, and the perfect foundation for brewing deliciously refreshing craft beers. You can find their beer all over Iceland and other parts of the world, but you can only find this box at Holavallagarour Cemetery.
Directions:
Go to Holavallagarour Cemetery at corner of Sudurgata and Skothusvegur.
Clues:
Walk north on Sudurgata to pedestrian gate on left and enter cemetery. Go to map sign on right and continue straight to first tall gray light pole on right. Go 6 more steps then turn right on grass path 18 steps to marker I113 on left. LB is behind nearby tree next to wall under a rock.
Hike length: 0.1 miles
