East Cemetery, an oasis on a busy road, has a monument naming everyone who is buried there although most of their markers are lost to time. A dark brown fence surrounds the plots, separating it from the parking lot on one side, University Dr. on another side, an on ramp for 255, and the fourth side is the busy entrance/exit into this shopping area (Burlington Coat Factory).
Pull into the parking lot in front of Burlington and ,staying along the dark brown fence park, in the 7th parking spot. Doing so will put you right at a gate into the cemetery. Walk straight toward University Dr. You can't miss the large monument but must walk to the side facing University to be able to read it. Now turn back toward the parking lot that you just came from and look at the base of the tree closest to the gate you came through and look for a pouch wedged between the tree and a small stump. (SPOR) please get it back like you found it, thank you.
