You need a compass and shovel.
1-NE of the High Falls Dam on High Falls Pool Dr.
2-Cross the bridge
3-Between the first two power lines after you cross the bridge look for the High Falls Dam Sign to the left. (History of Dam).
4-Look in front for a rotten tree stump
5-Located in front of the corner concrete blocks (on the side facing the waterfalls.)
6-Burried in front of the 2nd and 3 blocks (2-4 deep?)
