From Rattlesnake road turn onto USFS road 30N31. Follow the road a short way until you see the '30N31' road sign and park along the road. Standing at the sign, walk about 16 paces ENE to an Oak tree. Turn NW and go 3 paces to an old dead stump with the center rotted out. The clear plastic letterbox is in the stump.
