Drive or walk down Squaw Valley road to Winding Creek road.
Walk down Winding creek
Just past the first house on right there is an empty lot
Walk through empty lot toward creek
At creek turn right toward the bridges
Go under first bridge to the bike bridge
Go to the right wall and look up
