This is a geocaching letterbox hybrid. It contains a football stamp.
You will have two challenges to find this Letterbox. First, you will need to determine how to get up the mountain. Nearby Camp Tontozona and Buenagua road are private land, so without permission they are not appropriate starting points. Options are to park at Kohls Ranch parking lot and then follow Tonto Creek to the base of the mountain, staying within the national forest. Alternately, you can park at the junction of Hwy 260 and FR 405 and hike in from the west. The latter, while longer, is much less steep than the north face of the mountain. There is no "trail", so plan on bushwacking and looking for game trails. This is one of my harder Letterboxes for terrain.
Once you reach the top, you will need to go north 55 feet into heavy brush to find the cache hidden AZ style under rocks near an oak. It is so hidden to minimize tampering. The coordinates are N 34° 18.940 W 111° 05.466
