This letterbox is in an ammo can in open forest with no trails or landmarks easily cited. A GPS receiver is required to navigate to it.
FR613 is a dirt road perfectly fine for passenger cars and can get you less than 1/2 mile from the letterbox. The walk is shorter from FR613E but the road is more challenging and requires, at least, a high centered vehicle and preferably a 4wd when dry. It should be avoided when muddy. These roads are closed during the winter, being above 7000 feet. Walking is gentle upgrade.
