Old North Beach Italian LbNA #61936

Find the only Italian Restaurant in Redwood Valley. It advertises it has old North Beach Italian food and it’s true. Not impressive to look at from the parking area but the food is terrific and the people are nice! Don’t eat here if you’re in a hurry as dishes are prepared especially for you and it takes awhile. Open for dinner only, Thursday through Sunday last I heard. Call ahead. Reservations advised but dress is casual. Anyhow, find the restaurant and park. From the restaurant parking area walk parallel to Hwy. 101 south which seems actually to be east. Start from the parking area and do not use the frontage road. Keep walking and cross the driveway until the pavement ends with four old white posts. Facing away from the restaurant walk to the post furthest right. On the south side next to the post and under some rocks please find Old North Beach Italian Letterbox.
