Go to Vasquez Rocks State Park and park in the very last parking lot you come to. Go through the yellow gate, turn left, and follow the road. The box is at GSP coordinates 34.482951 degrees N and 118.313347 degrees West. Look behind the biggest rock you can see to find the letterbox.
