Go north on hwy 95 out of Vegas, past the Piute indian reservation and golf course. About 5 more miles will bring you to Corn Creek Rd on the right. Take that road east. Zero your trip meter here. Your going to be travelling approx 19 1/2 miles up a rough rd. High clearance vehicle with a spare is a good idea. Stop at the visitor station and spend some time, then drive on up Mormon Wells rd. This road will wind around thru a yucca "forest" until you pass "Pine Nut Rd" on the left. You're almost there. Another mile and a half will bring you to Peekaboo canyon. Very narrow. As you first drive into the canyon, there is an obvious cave up on the right. This cave provided shelter to numerous Native Americans, prospectors, mule skinners etc. Inside the cave in one of the many natural "cubbys" you will find what you seek.
