Milner, Georgia. Take Main Street (Old GA-41) South. Cross Highway 341. When you see the tank on the left, pull into the parking lot. With your back to the front of the tank, walk NE across the field toward the woods. Before you enter the pathway (which is private property), spy the tree with the quadruple trunk on the left. Under styrofoam and leaves, at the base of the tree you will find 'Think Tank.'
