Stately Oaks Plantation

Experience true Southern Hospitality here in the lands of Tara from the Gone with the Wind era. This letterbox is NOT within the gated area of the Plantation.
Go to the 1839 Plantation House and park towards the front of the Main House. To the Right is a trail leading across a gravel drive. Take the path down a set of railroad tie steps and across a bridge. At the connecting trail, stand in the center of the intersection and find a big Oak with 4 trunks. Locate the first big Pine to the Right of this Oak (about 20 steps off the trail.) Search the base for: Frankly, my dear, I don't give a Boop, Southern Boop, that is.
There is a fee to tour the Plantation $12 for Adults and $6 for Kids ages 5 to 11. But, remember, this lb is NOT within the gates, so you don't have to tour the area unless you choose.
