Location: Sasamat Lake
Difficulty: 3.2 km, rolling
From the White Pine Beach parking area head down to the water and steer NW to find Sasamat Lake Loop Trail. Along this walk you'll pass a camp which guards itself with a claustrophobic fence. Upstairs and downstairs and you will see the beaches across the lake. Watch for another small and rocky one on your side, and not far along you'll find many tumblers. Amongst them spy a slender pair with a third holding on. Just behind them, crouching in the rocks, is the Sasamat Monarch.
Continuing along the trail will take you across the floating bridge, and back to the beaches.
