Location: Lighthouse Park
Difficulty: 1.5 km with some steep grades
Before you begin, get a copy of the Lighthouse Park trail map at:

Make your way to the north end of the Valley of Giants trail. Notice the large fallen giant on the right, and then walk "through" another. Continue along the trail heading south until you spot a very large fir on the right with a stunted nodular arm. This is a signpost, and a warning - the great worm is smoldering nearby.
Further warning: There be another dragon in this valley.
