To Winding Stairs Trailhead:
Take 369 north out of Langley to Albert Pike Recreation Area. Stay at the campground to experience a great camping adventure. Get a map from the campground host. Take road 106 out of the campground for about 2 miles to the Winding Stairs Trailhead.
To the Letterbox:
Take the Winding Stairs Trail by following the white blazes to Baylock Creek. After crossing the creek, stand next to the tree with the two white blazes on it. Walk up the trail about 13 paces and turn right facing into the forest. Locate the very large boulder. The letterbox is on the back left side of the boulder under a small pile of stones.
