NOTE: This site may not be open to the public; it's a Girl Scout property with camping sites.
These letterboxes were made by Brownie Troop #62502 from Acton, MA, on their first camping trip.
Starting from the main entrance at 265 Beaver Street, follow the path behind the office to the left, past Windridge camp site and past the Nature Center. When you arrive at the fork in the path at Foxwood cabin, turn right to follow the loop back to the start.
Keep Cedarwood cabin on your left and follow the path a short way to a dead tree on the left hand side. Look at the base of the tree for Box #1.
Continue on the main path. Near the sign for Storrow campsite, you'll see a tree that looks like a toilet! (A tall tree with a 2nd trunk that's been cut). Look behind the toilet for Box #2.
Continue on the main path. Just over a speed bump, on the left, about 30 feet into the woods, you'll see a large fallen tree. Look around the tree for Box #3.
Continue on the main path. Just before the Pond Shelter cabin on the left, you'll see a fire hydrant and a manhole cover. Past these two landmarks is a large rock. Look around the rock for Box #4.
Hike length: 1 mile
