Placed by A-Bear after the Northern California Gathering.

Little Lizard is part of the Leap Frog Nature Series based on these children books by Gary Torrisi and Sarah Toast.

Clues: Easy

Trail Difficulty: Easy and up hill a little ways for a little over 1 mile round trip.

Directions
From I-80 head east on San Pablo Dam Road exit which eventually will take you south through El Sobronte. The park will be on your left.

From I-680 take Route 24 west toward Lafayette. Take the Orinda exit and travel north on the Camino Pablo/San Pablo Dam Road until the Kennedy Grove Park is on your right.

Clue
Clues: Where Kennedy, Black Oak and Upper Sea Foam Trails meet, head up the Sea Foam Trail. On the right side of the trail you will find a small white stump with poison ivy keeping it company. Avoid that altogether and scurry up the trail 9 paces/18 paces to the California Bay Laurel (possibly the tree type) on the left. Under the rocks is where the Little Lizard is hiding from the sun.
