This letterbox is located on the viewing platform on Saskatchewan Drive (a one way avenue, from west to east) in Edmonton (on the stretch between 109th and 104th Streets). You can come to 'Seagull II' from 'Seagull' Letterbox by the route under High Level Bridge through Kinsmen Park if you wish (check a map to find your way). Or you can come by car. Park across the viewing platform.
When on the platform, find an interpretive display with a moose. Read the information and look at the pictures, take in the view of River Valley in front of you, and then sit on the bench right behind you. While relaxing, take a look at the display. It has three triangular metallic supports: two at the ends and one in the middle.
The letterbox is suspended on the middle one, just under the the display. Enjoy!
