BOO HOO! This box is no longer available. They're revamping the hospital, building on, redecorating, etc., and they wiped out the entire woodsy area in front of the building. Not a cotton-pickin' tree or branch of ivy is left. Dang!! No replacement for this box is planned, but ya never know.....
This box is located at 1941 Virginia Ave. in Connersville, Indiana. Park in the lot across the street and look both ways before you head for the front doors. To your right is a small wooded lawn with a patio area. There are blocks placed there in memory of loved ones passed, a small tree, and a bench. Sit and observe a while if you wish. As you look toward the bench, you'll see a small footpath to the left. Follow this path to the eighth or ninth stepping stone. Then look down low under that bush, the first evergreen on the left. Stoop and check up underneath. Above the ivy, inside the bush. You'll find some supplies there that might be used inside the pesthouse.
