This is our second letterbox we have planted. It is in the Hualapai Mountain Park and camping area just outside Kingman Arizona. Entering the park you need to stop at the ranger station and pick up a map of the campground. To start the hunt you need to locate cabin #4. at the intersection to this cabin is where we start. Directly in front of you is a sign that says "RV park, Rotary Rec 3, and hiking trails. Behind you should be Cabin 4. There is a swing gate here that is sometimes closed. With your back facing the doorway to Cabin 4 head south up the hill. There is no trail. Keep climbing the hill until you see a large cropping of tan boulders. Head toward these boulders. On the western side of these boulders a little tree is poking out from beneath the rocks. It looks like it is dying but it is not going anywhere. On the other side of this rock is a deep crevace. Under a stone beneath some leaves is our letterbox. Since it snows there during the winter it is going to be kind of tough to find but it can be done.
