This is a fairly hilly forest walk (5.6 km) on an interpretive trail.

1. From Calgary, drive west on Hwy # 1 (The Trans-Canada Hwy)

2. Take Hwy #40 South into Kananaskis Country. Drive for 50 km.

3. Turn right into Peter Lougheed Provincial Park.

4. Drive 3 km, turn right at the Smith-Dorrien / Spray Lakes turn off

5. Turn left into the Mount Black Prince day area.

6. Hike up the Black Prince Cirque. There are 10 interpretive signs along the trail. Stop at interpretive sign # 9. Face interpretive sign # 9 straight on. Turn around 180 degrees. You will see a 3 ft. high standing hollow stump approximately 20 paces from you. The Black Prince Letterbox is located in the stump!

Thank you for putting it back!!
