The Fairy Wood Letterbox is hidden in Ravenna Park in Northeast Seattle. It was designed by a seven year old Girl Scout for her Brownie Letterboxer badge.
- Enter Ravenna Park from the parking lot at NE 58th St and 20th Ave NE.
- Walk to the picnic shelter.
- Turn north and walk across the grass field to the entrance of the Ravenna Valley Self-guided Trail.
- Walk downhill on the dirt trail.
- Turn left to start walking the Ravenna Valley Self-guided Trail clockwise.
- Cross under the 20th Ave NE bridge.
- Just past the bridge, take the stairs on the right down to a very large rock.
- There is one stair on the wood path around the large rock. Look behind this stair for the Fairy Wood Letterbox.
