Park at the Lockheed entrance to Huntley Meadows Park (this is the entrance nearest to the nature center).
Walk along the Cedar trail until it ends at the wetlands/boardwalk. Take the Heron Trail across the wetlands to the other side. Just after the boardwalk ends, look for a bench to your left. Stand facing the bench and align yourself with its right corner. Take eight steps forward off the trail into the woods.
Look for a beech tree with two trunks. There is some old carving including a heart and initials at about eye level. Look under the leaves where the two trunks come together and you will find a Terrific Turtle! Please replace the leaves when you return the box. Enjoy!
