Spend a bit of time in the King Arthur flour shop, and stock up on all of your baking needs. Afterward, find the little hiking trail off the parking lot. Enter the trail and cross the footbridge. As you continue along the trail, make note of two culverts. After the second one, take 25 steps and find a trail on your left. Turn down that new trail and walk between two trees and one cut tree, then around a tree that is standing guard in the middle of the trail. Reach a T intersection and cross through it. Notice a large rooty tree on right of trail. You'll find "Baking" in the roots on the back side of the tree.
