Drive up Garvey Hill Road until you arrive at the parking area for the high school soccer field.
Walk down into the field and head toward the back right corner.
Head downhill towards a wooden footbridge, but turn left onto a grassy path before you reach it.
Veer right at #3 and follow path over 5 footbridges.
At Y Intersection keep right and walk over another footbridge and up the hill.
At next intersection, you'll see a wooden sign holder, which may or may not have a sign in it. Take path to right.
As it curves and slopes down, look for maple on left with dead log beside it. Your hobby is hidden beneath the log, covered with sticks.
Note: If there's a soccer game going on, you can also follow a path through the woods from the parking area. It will drop you off at the top of a hill, but on the same grassy path. Follow it down, through a tiny apple orchard, and to the signpost with no sign. Follow the directions from there.
Hike length: 0.5 miles
