1) Start at the sign on the south side of the road that reads. "Rise of the Popo Agie - Trout Pool"
2) Stand at the southwest corner of the sign
3) Look to the right, and identify a large boulder
4) Walk 15 steps towards the boulder
5) Look down to your left, and see the slab of concrete
6) Stand on the concrete slab
7) Down and to the left is a rosy colored rock
8) Letterbox is underneath the rosy rock
