With the help of an Icelandic friend, Star Boy, I left a little porcine treasure near Pig Mountain. With a name like that, how could I not?
Find a hotel near Svínafellsjökul, Pig Mountain Glacier. Behind the hotel is a pole. Walk towards the pole and find a path going North. At the Y, keep to the left on this path. Stay close to the moraine until you find a huge boulder right beside the path. Behind the boulder is a ring-shaped hole. Look up. Walk 14 steps to the sharp edged rock, home to Funhog on Ice.
BTW we found a geocache nearby, at the top of the moraine, beneath a large boulder with a smaller rock on top. I signed into it...
