Go to the Evansville State Hospital on east Lincoln Ave. Park near the red bridge. Walk up to the patio by the bridge. As you face the bridge, walk to the right side of it (not on it). walk down the little hill at the edge of the bridge (don't fall in!). Look under the bridge up in rocks for your pond friends. And don't forget to bring them some bread! Careful for muggles: depending on the time of day, this can be a busy place.
