Letterboxing
We are from Mr. Earley’s 5th grade class at Laurel Mountain Elementary, and we have created a Dr. Seuss…ish rhyming letterbox hunt.
Now let’s begin…..
In a bus loop there stands a tall, silver pole,
with your back to this pole look straight ahead
off in the distance you’ll see colors blue, white, and red.
After reaching these colors you’re pretty much set, if you look around you’ll see a bright net.
Once you get to this net your well on your way,
if you look in the distance, you’ll see a bird tray.
With your back to the tray you’ll see a cement square,
you’re getting close now your almost there
If you’re brave enough to take this dare,
A circular cave you will stare
Walk to this cave, put your hand in the hole,
Believe it or not you have reached your goal!
