To celebrate the much anticipated arrival of the last book in the Harry Potter series, I have placed this special letterbox in Barnes and Noble for Friday, July 20, and ending around 11:30, or whenever the line starts forming for the cash register, whichever comes first. The festivities begin at 8:00 pm. The wristbands begin getting handed out at 6:00 pm. The line for the wristbands had already begun by 8:30 am today.
If you've been to one of their Harry Potter parties, you are already looking forward to the costumes, games, crafts and frivolity that characterize the evening. If you haven't experienced one of these events, you are in for a treat, even if you don't hang around till midnight to pick up your copy of The Deathly Hallows.
