This letterbox is currently missing but will be replaced ASAP.

The Lion’s Quest

Start at the location where our 35th president stood and announced a “core piece” of American and World History to a crowd of students (on the medallion between the 2 lions).

Head towards the commemorative stone plaque (Site #11).

Pass ΣФЕΑΔ and Ф.

Look left and admire Hutchins architecture in the sky.

Turn left after tasting the mulberries (if they are in season).

Enter the building past the 3rd lamp post on the left.

Have you ever been convicted of forgery? Coercion? Mayhem? Conspiracy? Gambling?

Continue to Will’s will and out the door.

Turn right at the rock sun on the floor.

If you see Aladdin’s lamp, you’re on the right track.

Turn right at the engineering (or legal?) feat. Think V for Ventalation.

Head towards 812 for a drink.

After a bit of relaxation, look to the heavens to find a Viking ship weather vane.

Follow the Vikings, they may go in and out of view, past the dump (before you have an emergency)!

If you can spot Mother Nature’s art in the tree, you’re on the right path.

Turn right at the news post and walk towards the brick circle.

Look for Merideth’s bench and take a moment to reflect on our nation’s freedom.

Continue down the tunnel of trees, don’t stop to learn until you get to the house of Ezra, Coit, Benjamin, and Aaron.

Head in the direction of the red hot lovers.

They say Anberay… I say Melrose Place... before it was torn down!

Continue towards the establishment founded in 1934.

Do you know who the first Americans to walk in space were? Just ask Ed and Jim!

Walk through the archway, past another university first (is this where they locked up the student delinquents?)

Walk over the brick square and take the “ugly” detour.

Continue on beneath the studying students and books.

Don’t park your bike yet, you’re almost there!

Mmmm… Class of 1966.

Have a seat on the lions’ bench.

I’m hiding right behind you, in the center of a triangle of trees!
