WoodStock meets Illy.
The woodstock stamp was cute and I LOVE Illy coffee!

I took a walk from the parking lot in the front of the park and at first went past the little kiddies play area. Then past around the back side of the Aquatic Center and viewed that "awesome" pond that serves as a drain/run off pond.

It appears that park personnel have laid some fresh sod on one end of the pond and then placed some very nice concrete slabs in the middle of the freshly laid sod. Then I noticed that they were nice enough to have planted some black berry bushes which will be so tasty to visit next year. There were about 3 or so black berry bushes then I noticed a bushy type of tree called the American Fringe with a little red tag on one of the small branches. Keep in mind that these trees are newly planted and pretty small (around 4 ft). I placed a rock about 1 lbs right under that tree. It's not a tiny rock - about the size of a softball - but you can tell that it has been planted. Now - listen up!!!

As you are looking off into the woods right behind the tree you will see a rough trail and then a fallen log with several branches laying around. Check out what's happening in that area. It's about 8 paces back from the rock under tree/shrub. Not to hard to find - just becareful of the thorny leaves, etc as you first enter the woods.

One more thing - the stamp book is a micro book, only measures 2 x 2.5 so make sure you bring a small stamp. And - slacker that I am I forgot to include a pen, might want to bring one of those with you too!

Oh YEAH!!! THERE IS A SURPRISE FOR THE 1ST FINDER!!! Go ahead - you can easily pick out the gift. It's yours, just make sure you close it back up and hide the goods well.

Please let me know your success.
