**I have just adopted this letterbox currently it is unavailable will replant soon**

This box is located steps away from a breath taking view in the gorgeous Charleston Falls Park.

Beginning on I 70 on the north side of Dayton, take the State Route 202 exit north at Huber Heights. Pass through Phoneton and cross US 40. The next major intersection is Ross Road. Take Ross west for a mile and the parking area is on the north side of the road. (Directions borrowed from Flyfisher)

From the parking lot there is only one entrance into the park. Once in the park the path will split, take the path on the left. A little ways down the path it splits again. Stop. Be Quiet, and listen for the falls. Go in that direction. Or just keep walking down the right path. The falls are ahead through 5 minutes of scenic trail walking.

When you reach the falls there will be two paths: one to the bottom which offers a great frontal view of the falls, and the one we want around the top which looks out over the falls, down onto the valley. Taking the top path around you will come to two bridges. Pick which ever you prefer (I like the stones personally) and head around the turn.

Now this is where it gets a little tricky. Before the path turns back to the right to follow the cliff side you will see a sign on your left. Make sure no one is watching and go past the sign towards the water. When you reach the water to your right a few paces you will see my most favorite view in the park. This is a great place to by time until no one else is around. To your left a 2 or 3 spaces there is a very large boulder covered in green moss. On the other side of that boulder is a big flat rock which is hiding what you seek.

Stamp in with your name and date you were there, seal the box back up nice and tight and place back under the rock. The big rock is used to make sure the box does not wash away during the rainy season when the water level is high. Thanks and we hope you enjoyed our first box! Look for more to come!!

We would love to hear how you liked our box and any suggestions you would have on where to place our next one. Please email us at TheBeachBums@case.edu

Thanks again and have a Great One,
