Status of Mini-box: Reported missing on 12/15/06, but not confirmed.
The "Senor Fish" mini-box is located in the subdivision of Fairfield, just off Hwy 290 in Northwest Houston (actually Cypress). It can be found along the walking path that winds through the neighborhood.
Directions:
From Hwy 290 heading for Austin, exit Mason Road and go Left on Mason Road. Continue on parkway, street will eventually cut down to two-way street. At County Fair, turn left (if you get to the Athletic Center on Mason then you passed your street). At the first street (Township Glen) turn right, and go to the end circle and park on curb near sidewalk leading up to the path.
To the Mini-box:
Get on the sidewalk. Go right at first intersection. Go right again at next intersection (should be benches on your left). Stay straight on path (sidewalk) through the next 2 intersections, getting to the tunnel under Mason Road. Go through the tunnel. Go right at the next intersection. At the next intersection, go straight and start counting 13 sidewalk squares. Turn right and walk to the stone wall. Now follow the wall base to the left until you reach a right angle corner (where smaller pillar wall is). In the corner, covered with sticks and leaves is the mini-box. PLEASE be sure to re-cover it well. I suggest you carry the box to the bench nearby to stamp in. Let me know the status of this box: babybearlb2002@Yahoo.com
