THIS BOX IS NO LONG AVAILABLE.

How could such a beautiful place exist in my home state and I not know about it?

Merom, Indiana

From Terre Haute, travel south on US 41 to Hwy 154W at Sullivan. Take 154W to 63S at Graysville. Continue on 63S to Merom OR

Take 63S from Terre Haute to Merom. This is a lovely drive through the country.

When you get to Merom, turn west on Fetter St and proceed to the Merom Bluff Park.
When you enter the park you will see a pavilion ahead on the right. To the left is a cannon display. Near the cannon is a stone wall. Follow the stone wall a short distance to the end. Look over the edge and you will see what appears to be another section of wall with a tree on the river side of it. Tucked up under the "wall", at the base of the tree....you will find the camo box. Please replace with stealth as this can be a busy park.

Annually, at Merom Bluff Park, is a Chautauqua….a celebration of the arts. The first Chautauqua was held in August 1905. One of the guest speakers at that first celebration was Ben (Pitchfork) Tillman. He was a governor of South Carolina. So, there has long been a Hoosier-Sandlapper Connection at this scenic location.

Enjoy the scenery!!!!
