This is our first box and my first time carving a stamp, so I hope you enjoy it. This letterbox is hidden in memory of our three legged beagle who used to enjoy climbing up the front of the boulder where your prize is hidden.

Driving Directions: From Interstate 295 take exit 7B, which is route 44 West. Stay on route 44 West the entire time. From Interstate 395 take 44 East. Stay on 44 until you see Jackson Schoolhouse Rd. on the left. It is approx. 2 miles after George Washington Management area. From 295 Jackson Schoolhouse Rd. will be on the right. It is 11 miles from when you get off 295. Once you are on Jackson Schoolhouse Rd., you will go about 2 miles before you come to Knibb road going off to the right. Stay on Jackson Schoolhouse Rd. As soon as you see Knibb road look for the three boulders with orange paint on the left, blocking a trail. This is where you will park on the side of the road. Hunters also park here so beware during hunting season.

Clues: Go onto the trail with the boulders in front of it. Stay on the main trail. You will see a small dirt bike trail that goes to the right and left of the main trail. That trail on the right goes up hill towards a twin oak. DO NOT TAKE THIS TRAIL. (You may not even notice this trail, it is not heavily traveled). Continue on the main trail. The next trail you come to on the right is the trail you want. You will notice that it is a wider and more traveled trail than the first one you have already passed. You can only go right on this trail. Cross over two small dead trees on the trail that are fairly close together. After these two dead trees look to the right for the large, approx. 15ft. high, moss covered boulder, with a small pine tree growing out of it. On the backside of the boulder is a root coming out of the ground and growing up onto the rock. In the middle of the root and where the tree is, there is a hole formed from the roots. That is where you will find your prize. I hope you enjoy it! We will be planting more soon!
