As of January 2005, I've had several reports that this letterbox is missing due to construction in the area. If you know of this boxes whereabouts, please let me know.
Description: Easy walking of about ½ mile roundtrip, but can be muddy. I saw a fox and large lizard here while placing the box.
Directions
Directions: Off of Highway 60 take the Pigeon Pass Road north and spot the TUONNI on your right across from EMOH TOPED. Pig out or not on the delicious food, but this is NOT where your adventure is. Continue north on Pigeon Pass road for a couple of miles until you can turn left on Hidden Springs Rd (note that the road going right is a different name). Keep your eyes out for the entrance to Box Springs Mountain Regional Park on the left. I parked in front of the gate, but left room so that gate could open if need be. a
