The "Mr. LadyBug" letterbox is located in Spring Creek Park, just north of Tomball. The park features daily recreational options such as baseball fields, picnic facilities and hiking trails. We see many deer almost every visit to this park.

Directions:
Go north from Tomball on Hwy 249. Turn left at light at Brown street (you will see a sign for the park also). Soon road will curve left, but you want to go straight into park entrance. Continue to first stop sign, and then make a right until you get to another stop sign. Now as you continue straight, count the picnic tables on the left side of the street. Park near table #8. There should be a trashcan near parking if we counted the same.

To the letterbox:
Proceed to the woods from the parking, bearing approximately 260°, passing on the left side of table #8. When you get to the treeline, search for a wooden bridge. Cross bridge and follow along the trail until you come to a marker identifying a Youpon tree. Face the marker, the creek should be at your back. Looking for a 6ft high dead tree about 20 feet away. The box is in the base covered with large bark sections. Handle the bark with care so as to preserve it. Do not remove the sticks under the box, they prevent it from falling deep into a hole and we don’t want to reach into deep holes in the woods, do we boys and girls?

In the same park is BabyBear’s Bear Contry. That was our family’s very first box ever found, so we made sure we put one in this park too!

If you geocache, there are three in this park I am aware of.
