This box is hidden at Arcadia Lake in Edmond. I think this is probably the only place at the lake you can visit without paying. Exit I-35 at 2nd street (Hwy 66). Head east for three miles and turn right when you see the sign that says “Arcadia Lake Project Office.” Drive around back to the parking lot by the project office. There are water fountains and bathrooms here.

From the project office, walk down the sidewalk toward the overlook (great view of the lake here). There will be a park bench on your left before you get to the overlook. Just past the bench there’s a path on your right, go down this path. After a while you’ll intersect another path – turn right. Go down the path until it’s intersected again by several trails - turn right again.

Walk up the hill and you’ll see a rocky high spot on your left. Go up to the top of this little hill and face the lake. Behind you and to your right, there is a clump of deciduous trees draped over a cedar tree. The letterbox waits at the foot of this cedar tree.

After stamping in and re-hiding the box, you can go back to the footpath and continue until you hit the parking lot. The whole thing takes about 15 min.
