**Replaced by Anglers4! Thank you!!**

Just 20 miles from downtown Houston, The Kemah Boardwalk is the perfect family get-a-way.

At the heart of the Kemah Boardwalk are the restaurants. Kemah boasts some of the most recognized names in the restaurant industry: Joe's Crab Shack, Landry's Seafood House, The Cadillac Bar, The Kemah Crab House. The Aquarium Restaurant serves guests a great view of our 50,000 gallon aquarium brimming with marine life. The Kemah Boardwalk is also home to The Flying Dutchman, Saltgrass Steakhouse and Babin's Seafood House. Kids will enjoy the boardwalk games and activities, the carnival like rides, and the dancing fountain.

One of the newest additions to the Kemah Boardwalk is Stingray Reef. This microbox is a tribute to the stingrays!

NOTE: The Kemah Boardwalk is ALWAYS very busy on weekends and especially weekend nights, so you may want to look for this microbox on a week day or be ready to be discreet.

DIRECTIONS:
From Downtown Houston, head south on I-45, about 20 miles, to Nasa Road 1, exit 25. Go east 7.7 miles to SH 146. Go south on SH 146 (a right hand turn) and go over the bridge (be sure to very carefully take in the awesome view from the top of the bridge). The first stoplight at the bottom of the bridge is 6th Street (1.4 miles), turn left, or east, here. Turn left onto Bradford Street, just before the Kemah Lighthouse District sign and park in one of the parking areas.

CLUES:
Find the Exit door to the Stingray Reef. The exit door is on the back side of the Aquarium restaurant. Face the Exit door. Turn right and walk 22 steps along the broadwalk. Stop, on your left there should be patch of grass to sit on. Behind the grass, is a large multi-limb oleander tree/bush. If you are facing the oleander bush, there is a palm tree behind and to the left of it. The LB is inside the base of this bush, in small camo film canister. It is not a really busy area, but still be discreet. We sat on the grass patch, pretending to get out of the heat. You should be able to reach back for the LB while sitting on the grass.
