*THIS BOX HAS SUFFERED DEATH BY CONSTRUCTION AS OF AUGUST 2007. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER. IT MAY BE REPLACED WHEN THE CONSTUCTION HAS CEASED.*
I have always been amazed by the way some companies will name their products to make them sound so much better than they really are. Take a portable toilet for example. Now why you would call it a "Honey Bucket" is beyond me. This has inspired me to make a letterbox in honor of the "Honey Bucket". I have placed this letterbox in of all places, where you would most likely find a potable toilet or any kind of toilet for that matter. Along side a busy freeway.
My Honey Bucket Letterbox is located along the northbound I-5 Freeway in the Gee Creek Rest Stop at mile marker 11. Please be discreet when finding and rehiding this box. This is a high traffic area for people and their four-legged friends.
Clues:
From behind the restrooms, find the trails that you are allowed to walk your dog on. Take the trail with the little house at it's beginning. At the first "Y" go left. At the second "Y" go right. Take one of the trails less traveled on the right. You should be able to see the parking lot from here. At 7 paces find a 2 foot mossy stump on the right. Inside is where you will find the Honey Bucket.
