******Reported 10-30-05 that this box may be MIA. We will check on the status of this box by January, 2006******

This letterbox is located in Nockamixon State Park, on Rt. 563 in Nockamixon Township. From Route 313 turn on to Rt. 563, just before you reach the Park Office there will be a sign for the “Fishing Pier”. Turn down the Fishing Pier road, and park in the area near the Comfort House.

After exiting you car proceed towards the lake, and keep an eye out for a stony road on your right hand side. Take the stony road, heading up the hill. Let the sign of the bike point you to a paved path. Once you arrive on the paved path go 230* until you arrive at Stover Grist Mill, and a small waterfall. We understand the waterfall is best viewed in the springtime. Standing facing the sign sight North, then take 17 paces. Find 90* and follow this path to a moss covered tree which is trying to bend down to lay on the ground. The tree you are in search for sits to the South side of the trail. Once you find the moss covered tree take a peak under it to find your prize.

If you have reached the point where your trail dead ends be certain you have hiked too far in your quest.

After stamping in please make every effort to THOROUGHLY re-cover this letterbox to make certain it will not be stumbled upon accidentally by others. This letter box sits just at the edge of the trail, and we think it is too cute to loose to accidental discovery.
