Go to the fish hatchery on Old Evergreen Highway, under the 205 bridge.
After finding the "Peace, Baby" and "Ball? Ball? BALL!" letter boxes, continue up the tail and take a left turn, walking past the covered picnic tables, stay on the trail to the right.
Keep walking past the foot bridge, on the right hand side, after the bridge, is a big cedar tree.
At the base of the tree, under a rock, is the letter box.
