5/3/2009: Went today and put in a new log book, ziplocs, ink and then put it in a new box. If anyone has any problems or if it gets wet again, please let me know!

4/26/2009: I've adopted this box as of today. I know that the log and box are wet. I will get out there again and change the box and put a new log in as soon as possible!!

This box is placed in honor of my favorite Beatle-George.
It is in Guifridda Park in Meriden (follow the directions from "We All Shine On" to get there)

This Hike can be done as an add on to the "We All Shine On" series or by itself.

As an add on:
After finding the second box "the Moon and the Stars" go back to the main trail and continue in the direction you were going had you not gone and found the box. Walk to the second bridge on your right. What a lovley gorge! Go over the bridge and 30 steps up the trail on your left you will see two twin sister trees. Behind the first is the prize you seek!

By Itself:
In the parking lot follow the middle trail (Crescent Lake will be on your right). Follow this main trail all the way to the end of the lake, at the end of the lake you will se a small bridge, keep on the main trail past this bridge, at the second bridge, look at the amazing gorge. Go over the bridge and 30 steps up the trail on your left you will see two twin sister trees. Behind the first is the prize you seek! Please make sure to reseal all bags well!!

From here you can turn around and come back the way you came, follow the trail around the lake back to the parking lot, or go back to the first bridge and follow that trail up to Chauncey Peak (this can be a difficult climb, but if you go up there make sure to get the letterboxes placed by Elmer while youre there, you'll have to do them backwards if you go this way)
