When birder passed away in 2015 I (Calli-K) adopted all of his boxes. Apparently he had this box at his home, although it wasn't amongst the things his brother gave me (his carving supplies, backpack, etc.) I will assume this box is no longer viable, but I don't know how to archive the clue. What you see below is what I found going through his clues:
THIS BOX IS AT MY HOME FOR REPAIRS.
Rimrock Springs is a small marsh with a loop trail and viewing platforms.
To get there: Drive south on Highway 26 from Madras. Rimrock Springs will be on your left about seven miles out of town.
To find the box:
Follow the pavement.
Look over the marsh.
A firm foundation conceals the prize.
